Before The Trigger
- Core sampling
- All existing substrates must be cored to the existing roof deck to determine the underlying condition of the existing roofing system
- All cores are to be repaired utilizing similar materials to the existing roofing system
- Perimeter Edge Sampling
- All edges are to be inspected for condition of metal/flashing/attachment methods and quantity
- Salvage of everything useful and in acceptable condition is required
