Before The Trigger

  • Core sampling
    • All existing substrates must be cored to the existing roof deck to determine the underlying condition of the existing roofing system
    • All cores are to be repaired utilizing similar materials to the existing roofing system
  • Perimeter Edge Sampling
    • All edges are to be inspected for condition of metal/flashing/attachment methods and quantity
    • Salvage of everything useful and in acceptable condition is required
